1. Shipping duration
Q: How long do I have to wait to receive my order?
Ans: All our products are shipped from our warehouse in Stuttgart, Germany. We try to ship your order within 1-2 days after the order has been placed. Typically the shipping inside Germany takes only 2-3 days but sometimes depending on your location in Germany, shipping can take up to one week.
Q: How do I track my order?
Ans: As soon as the order is shipped, a notification email is sent to the customer along with the tracking number. You can view your order on the website and follow the order with provided tracking number. You can also directly click on the tracking number in your email, which will lead you to the designated shipment operator.
Q: I have received the tracking number but can not see the updates. What should I do?
Ans: It may take some time until the delivery company processes the consignment. In case you can not see the updates while tracking your order, please simply give it a bit of more time and check it back later.
