Shipping

1. Shipping duration

Q: How long do I have to wait to receive my order?

Ans: Our products are shipped from Germany as well as India. Please read in the product description about the shipping origin. Depending on the shipping origin, the shipping can take from 1 to 2 weeks.

2. Tracking

Q: How do I track my order?

Ans: As soon as the order is shipped, a notification email is sent to the customer along with the tracking number. You can view your order on the website and follow the order with provided tracking number. You can also directly click on the tracking number in your email, which will lead you to the designated shipment operator.

Q: I have received the tracking number but can not see the updates. What should I do?

Ans: If the product has been shipped from India, you might not see the updates until the order has been handed over to the local operator of the destination country. Once the product has reached the import center of the destination country, you should be able to receive the latest updates.

3. Import duties

Livingmulticultural ships products mainly from Germany and India.You can find the shipping origin of each product in product description. Customer is completely responsible for the custom duties of destination country. Please check your country’s custom charges and tax information before you make a purchase.
